Question about Phil Collins (Testify) B sides

On the re-released version of "Testify", "TV Story" and "Crystal clear" are listed as album singles B sides but I (and no one I've spoken with) can't find them listed among Collin's B sides (nor listed as having been previously released, period) ?

Are they in fact B sides (if so, off which singles and when were they released) ?

Or, are they actually outtakes, never before released ?

is there any such thing as a b-side these days?

I heard on the radio the other day that flexi-discs are making a come back, never mind b-sides
