Default "Power to the people" B side ?

From what I've read...

"Touch me" was the B side in America...

"Open your box" was the B side in the U.K...

... but, it's said that it's a re-recorded, "cleaned up", version ("houses", "church", "lakes", "eyes", instead of the original "trousers", "skirt", "legs") that was used on the u.k. single, and that it had been later released as "Hirake" on Yoko's later albuk "Fly"

... but, "Hirake" has the "naughty" lyrics and the previously unreleased version that's on "Yoko Ono: Plastic Ono Ban" has no lyrics at all (vocalisations and title repeats)

So where (what CD) is the "cleaned-up" version, the one released on the u.k. single of "Power to the people", to be found ?

In 1971, Ono's risqué lyrics were received in controversy ("box" is slang for vagina). She sings, "Open your box, open your trousers, open your sex, open your legs, open open open open open". The record was banned from radio in Britain, and was played on-air only when echo was added to blur the lyrics as heard in the version below, not sure if there are alternative lyrics., although It also appears as a bonus track on a compact disc reissue of Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band, in a different version but I haven't heard that one.
