No, it's a zillion times better! That was an awesome animation for Nowhere Man... the artist really captured John's spirit at the time he wrote it. I checked out the artist's other vids, and I'm so bummed that Tomorrow Never Knows was removed by EMI. That one looked amazing!

interesting...
wonder is there a copy of this by the "Threetles" in a vault somewhere..???
this is the post by the uploader. aalvarortega

"Now and Then" was the third song that McCartney, Harrison and Ringo Starr managed to record from a Lennon's domestic demo tape in 1995, with "Free as a Bird" and "Real Love". They never finaly did it. A pity.
Today, october 28 2011, celebrates the 15th aniversary of the Beatle's Anthology 3 release and also the international Animation Day, so seems the best day to present our "Now and Then" video with intention to be the most honest version with "Threetles" production. Also is my first collaboration with "Los Escarabajos" a great Beatle's covers band from Sevilla, They have made the fantastic audio. Enjoy. Cheers.

Whoever animated this is a student of John's life. This is brilliant.

Great find, Maia; I always believed even then we should have sung this...guess no choral arranger had gotten hold of it yet. So "Birdland" it was.

^ Yup, I liked the sped-up version...

Here's one that's very appropriate for now. Not my favorite Lennon cover, but certainly a meaningful one.
