What Is That Thing Above Your Avatar That Says "The Fool On The Hill"When You First Become A Member?And What Is The Point Of It?

It's a member title. I'm not sure how they originally came to be, but they're a common thing on many forums. Your post count determines what title you have. I forget what titles go with what numbers, but I'm sure somebody else here does. Fool on the Hill is up to 10, I think, then Little Child is up to 100, and Apple Scruff is 100-200. There's a lot more, but that's all I remember for now.
