Bluebird song
I just heard this song for the first time on Terri Hemmert's " Breakfast With The Beatles" weekly broadcast on Sunday. I was a little kid during the PM and Wings heyday but I do recall a few of their songs I liked. Bluebird is a beautiful melody.

This is a great song. My favorite version is the acoustic rehearsal on the BOTR 25th anniversary edition--the sound quality isn't that great, and it's way too short, but those harmonies are awesome.

That's the McCartney I love. Bluebird could have been a hit single. Along w Nineteen Hundred Eight Five and maybe a couple others. But he just let them remain album content. And once you heard BOTR, you got to discover all these other gems. As opposed to just album filler that we've become accustomed to these last 25 yrs. Well, w the exception of NEW. Best album in decades.

When I heard the song on YT, I think it was from the Band On The Run album from 1974 I believe. I could be wrong.

And there are soooo many A or B side singles that weren't on any of his albums either that are hidden gems.
You gotta check out his Discography and then give them a listen on YouTube. You won't believe how many more great songs like Bluebird are waiting to be discovered.
Songs like C Moon, Hi Hi Hi, I Lie Around, Country Dreamer, Juniors Farm, Sally G & Wonderful Christmas Time, just to name a few. I could go on....
