Hey, my mum just got her old double Red and Blue records out, and we noticed that the blue album doesn't have the apple logo on the sleeve or the record, it says Capitol. The red album has the Apple logo, etc. And our CD of the Blue album has the Apple logo on it.
When these albums were originally released, Apple had a contract with Capitol to distribute their albums with the apple label. After the contract expired, Capitol re-released them with the Capitol label.
So I would have to say that The Beatles 1967-1970 LP you have is a re-release.
