I have wanted to make some sort of Beatles boardgame but I just have not an idea. Maybe "drive the magical bus and pick up some groovy people that may (or may not) help you to overcome adversities..."

Years ago the Beatlefest catalog had a Beatles boardgame listed and I ordered one, but I was told it was backordered, so I waited on receiving it. About a year later (?!?!) I received a message from the Fest that the game was discontinued; I never did learn what the advertised game was like. Has anyone else seen this or have the game?

Wow, a Beatles Monopoly!!
Mid July for a release? Hmmm....that sounds good!
I wonder if the pieces will be of the Fabs or just things pretaining to The Beatles seperately.

I would love to play Monopoly with a silver piece of metal shaped like Paul's Viola bass!

Ahhh!! I can't wait for this!

Cool! I made a Beatles Monopoly as an art project back in high school, but a real one would be much better! I wonder if it will be an official Monopoly game (meaning will it say "Beatles Monopoly") or a knock off (in which case it'll be called "Beatlesopoly"). Not that it matters, I'd buy it either way.

I wonder if it's only money collecting game with only things turned into something else they were originally.

Abbyrd Beatles site has the scoop on the Beatles Monopoly game ioncluding pictures. It looks great! They said it will come out before Christmas and that they will post where to purchase it.
All of the familiar Monopoly 'icons' are Beatles related For example: Electric Co. is now Shea Stadium......Water Co. is now Candlestick Park......Railroads are now concert tix.....Boardwalk is now Abbey Rd. studios.......Park Ave. is now Abbey Rd. studios and on and on.
Maybe one of you computer whizes could post the web page. The address is:
abbeyrd.best.vwh.net/news/beatlesmonopoly.html

That's what I was afraid of. What next? Beatles colonization.

I'm excited. A part of me wonders if I'm going to end up buying 2...One for play, and one...well, collector's edition. haha. Well, since it is coming out for Christmas, maybe I can convince someone to buy it for me instead while I buy my own...

The only thing I have against it is the pieces. I mean, not that I don't mind them, I just thought it would have been cooler if it was their instruments, or themselves, you know? Oh well, what can you do?

Monopoly is going to be my new favorite game.

I just looked it up and would cost me another $36.95 for delivery to here in the UK, making a total cost of $74.94!! I am thinking about it!

No I'm not rich, but it may be an investment!

Only thing is I have things planned which will have to take priority!
