Hard to believe that he started life as a chubby little fair-haired kid!
His fellow Fabs hoist him onto the luggage rack on the first US tour. Thank goodness he only weighed about the same as a wet cat.
It's 1964, and one of New York's finest saves George from the clutches of a rabid fangirl!
With the Ronettes and Phil Spector. Didn't rumour have it that George had a brief affair with Estelle Bennett?

Oh, yeah, I would. Louise said her beautiful 4th child was 10 pounds at birth!
You KNOW she was a strong woman - Harold Jr. was 9 lbs, Peter a whopping
12 lbs whereas their sister Lou was an average 7 lbs. George always looked
so intense, even as an infant. That was a Louise trait. Harold Sr. gave him
the wavy hair that grew in thick, brown and lush later on.
