This is the only known recording of "Johnnie B. Goode". "I Want To Hold Your Hand" is the same version recorded December 17, 1963.

Epstein applies for a special license to show cinema films at the Saville Theatre at midnight on Sundays, after the concerts.
Newspapers report that Epstein, Robert Stigwood and Georgie Fame were spotted deep in conversation at the Bag O'Nails club, London, recently.

The cremated remains of Mal Evans is shipped in an urn back to England. Somehow it gets lost and finally found in a lost letter office.

The Beatles Book Monthly closed down after 40 years. Author Sean O'Mahony, who set up the magazine in 1963, said there was nothing more to say as the number of things the former Beatles were doing gets less and less as the years go on.

According to Nielsen SoundScan's final 2009 figures, the Beatles are still the best selling group, thanks to their remastered catalog which sold 3,282,000 copies.
