Within The Beatles' small inner circle, four deaths can at least be attributed to the band's popularity...Who were they?

Epstein (depression caused by no longer being of importance to the popular band he helped create)
Evans (depression or anxiety probably caused from no longer having a big role in The Beatles' inner circle.)
