Yay! #1 is right! For the others, you're getting closer.
Updated list:
1. This Round's On Me = Baby You're A Rich Man (Magill)
2. Drunken Sot
3. Walk The Line, Sir
4. Arrested!
5. Going Home

Not quite. It's more about getting there, Magz.

Nope, but I'll give you some hints.
1. Fortunate Son.
John solo. This one isn't very easy. It's not so much about the actual title as the message of the song.
2. Turn! Turn! Turn!
George solo.
3. Let's Get Together
Ringo solo!
4. Sweet Home Alabama
Paul solo.
5. Rainy Day Women
Beatles song. Think opposite.

Drunk and disorderly
More hints, Kat? Ok. First, my alternate titles have a common theme. What innocent Beatles song titles hide themselves behind these events of a wet night out?
1. This Round's On Me = Baby You're A Rich Man (Magill)
2. Drunken Sot *Written by The Beatles*
3. Walk The Line, Sir *Lennon-McCartney tune but not sung by either*
4. Arrested! *John Lennon all the way*
5. Going Home *written and preformed by Paul McCartney*
