Like Water For Chocolate, that was a really good film. I hate reading subtitles but this one was good.

Default Last Five I've Seen

Doubt
It was really heavy handed. The use of wind and storms to represent the conflict was kind of lame and obvious. Also the use of a certain camera angle to emphasize feelings of confusion. Despite all that, I was interested in the movie the entire time. Really great preformances.

Revolutionary Road
Don't see this movie. You will be so disapointed.

My Bloody Valentine: 3D
...the things I do for love.

Manhattan Murder Mystery
Adorabley silly. It almost feels like it was in an alternate universe where Annie Hall and Alvy Singer never broke up and lived together in Manhattan.

The Wrestler
This is a great one. Mickey Rourke deserved that Golden Globe. I was very moved by his character and his situation. I cried, and I dont cry a lot in movies. I think that says something.

Anyway I watched "Ghost Town" a couple nights ago. Better than I thought it was gonna be. So it was pretty good.

Gran Turino. I don't really like Clint Eastwood, but this was by far one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. EXCELLENT MOVIE!

My wife wanted to see Hotel for Dogs last night. A cute, but somewhat boring movie.

I heard that movie wasn't good at all and the acting wasn't that great either.

I don't expect great acting at a slasher film

Last night I watched "The Reader" & "Australia", I thoroughly enjoyed both films!

Wink

I thought that boardwalk looked like AC, the lady that is quadraplegic isn't playing her electric organ with her tongue, that threw me off
