Rise and shine
When do you get up in the morning ?
For me 7:30 in the morning is early enough .
And that has nothing to do with when I go to sleep !

Re: Rise and shine
I have a really terrible schedule. I only have class two days a week, so there's lots of days when I wake up into the afternoon. I tend to go to bed really really late at night or really really early in the morning. I'm enjoying being able to have a really messed up schedule while I still can.

Re: Rise and shine
I hate to admit it, but I am a nut. For some reason my internal clock is set for 4:18 am. Has been for about a year. I go ahead and get up because it is the best computer time, no one else in my house wants it then. It also gives me plenty of time to get ready for the day. Unfortunately it also puts me in bed between 9-10. On the weekends I will sometimes take a nap so I can stay up a little later.

Re: Rise and shine
On the weekdays I set my alarm 6:30, although my cat usually gets up around 5:30 and wakes me up then too. On the weekdays I sleep in til 7.
I like being the first one up in the morning, I can do whatever I like in the house and it always gives me time to surf the Links before I head off to school.

When I'm in classes period, I get up usually at 7:15 AM. Right now, I'm enjoying my last days of vacation, so I get up at 12:00 PM

Re: Rise and shine
Iīm terrible at getting up. On weekdays my alarm clock is usually set for 7 am, but I keep pressing the snooze button like 10 times and most of the time I donīt get up until 8 am. But thatīs early enough anyway, Iīll get to the office by 9.15, which is okay. On weekends I never get up before 11 am, unless I have a special reason. Iīve always been more of a night person.

Re: Rise and shine
On work days 6:15AM, then on my days off 9AM, I usually stay up a little bit later the night before I am off, like last night 1 AM, talking on the phone and watching TV.

Re: Rise and shine
Well, I only have classes two days a week... So, on Tues. and Thurs. I'm up at 5:30 in the morning (yuck). The rest of the week, I have free reign over my sleep schedule... Though I only sleep embarrassingly late every once and awhile.

Re: Rise and shine
I begin to work in the afternoon so I can get up late, I wake up around 1 pm. I go to sleep very late - I just love those hours when the house is quiet and everyone is sleeping (right now it's 3.15 am).

Re: Rise and shine
Ideally, I get up at 10. Typically I get up at 8, maybe 9 (days off).... School (college) days (T/Th), it's 7:30 am. With having to babysit my granfather's dog while he's recovering from his stroke, it's more like 4 am. Oh yea, and most importantly, on Sunday mornings, I get up at 8 am for the Sunday morning Beatles radio show (I've never missed one yet)!!!

Re: Rise and shine
I get up around 8am on weekdays. I have to be at work at 8:30, so it's nice living 5 minutes away from work.
On weekends, though, jeez... depending on how much sleep I got during the week, it's anywhere between 10am and noon.
