We went and saw "Prometheus".
Thin plot, some lame dialogue but it was fun and we enjoyed ourselves.
The theater we go to still pops their own popcorn so that alone was worth going.

The Amazing Spider-man. I thought it was good. I'm no Spidey nerd so I cant judge on it how close it sticks to comic book canon, nor can i compare it to the previous movies since i never saw them, but I enjoyed it.

Age Of The Dragons..... Based on the Mobey Dick story but instead of hunting for the great white whale, they are searching for the great white dragon. The characters in the movie even have the same names as in Mobey Dick. Pretty lame movie.

The latest "Total Recall". I can describe the movie in "1" word. Pathetic. The only thing it has in common with the original Arnold version are the names. The story line is different, some of the acting is terrible, and it has nothing to do with Mars like in the original (at least not as far as I saw). My recommendation for this movie....... Run....Run....To another theater and watch something else.

"The Magic Of Belle Isle" with Morgan Freeman and a quick appearance by Kevin Pollak. Great movie. Highly recommend it.
P.S. There is a Beatles connection. The house Morgan Freeman's character is staying at is called Dog Dans. He originally had 4 dogs named after the Beatles. There was only 1 dog left though. Ringo. Freemans character changed the dogs name to Spot. The dog had no spots.
