That sounds funny coming from you, VB, you seem to enjoy cooking and all that. I don't see how you can avoid keeping a healthy weight with all that cooking from scratch that you do.

My metabolism is very high. That is one reason I'm so small. My depression makes me lose the desire to eat. Even when I cooked, I only ate a small amount.

My husband made a really good lunch of roast with carrots and potatoes, then after the kids got home I took an 90 minute nap. I feel a bit better, but am still so tired....and hungry.
