You don't trust anyone who says they hate the Beatles.

Red face

A few days ago I ran into a guy I was at university with that I haven't seen since I graduated and left New Zealand almost 5 years ago. He couldn't remember my name which wasn't a big deal because we weren't even friends, we just knew each other by sight but he said to me "if my memory serves me rightly, you're a big Beatles fan, right?".
I must have it written all over my face or something...I found it quite funny that he knew and/or remembered that about me considering we never really had had a conversation before!

Yes, I vote that gets changed!

You know you're a Beatles fan when:

-you're attracted to any guy whatsoever with a moptop.

-you ask your grandparents if you can dig through their basement looking for old Beatles items (that paid off last time I did it - found an original Beatles book and pin from the sixties. )

I nearly hit a raccoon while driving today. Do I honk or curse? No, I break into a chorus of "Da da da da daddly da daaaa!"

Sad thing is... I have done something very similar....

A couple summers ago up at my Aunt's cottage there was a little black beetle that landed on my arm while I was sitting outside listening to...ironically enough, my rubber soul cd. I named him John-Paul, Starky, Harrison the 1st on the spot....lol. I was very bored....

The thing I think of showing a beatles fan are these, not too funny mind you...
at the opening of every beatles song, sometimes before the vocal begins you can distinguish who is singing lead and how the backing vocals harmonize and such.

If you start saying, "If we all lived together," and you immediately imagine living in a yellow submarine. (a friend of mine actually did that, but she's not really a huge beatles fan)

If you expectations in guys are based upon the Beatles...and you thus remain single (lol, only sometimes do i do that)

lol I love the...... "It's Paul's Grandfather" "thats not your grandfather, I've met your grandfather, he lives in your house" "Well thats me other grandfather" "How do you reckon that one out?" "Well everyone's entitled to two aren't they? Thats me other one" "We know that but whats he doing here?"....bit.

Haha....I think I may have based my expectations upon them once or twice, lol.
