Little Things
Ok, I recall seeing a thread, I think in Abbey Road, where you could share the little things you loved about the Beatles. I was listening to Brainwashed today and thought maybe we could have a little things you love about George solo music.
So I wanted to share one that I absolutely love. On Rocking Chair In Hawaii, right after the line "If you're still busy hiding what it is you got," the little chord change in there is awesome, I turn the volume up extremely high so I can listen to those three strums right there just before the next line. Love it.

I love how George sings the lines, "I can see by your grin, that you're trembling within".

George Harrison could rock his keaster off! His guitar playing alone on Beatles Live at the BBC set the whole damn place on fire! Damn! He was GOOD! That man ROCKED!
And yeah, George rocked the house with his rendition of "Youngblood." I also think George sounded so adorable when he sang his version of Tommy James' 1962 "Sheila." George also sounded so adorable on "You Know What to Do." That is an EXCELLENT song! I just LOVE it and wish it was longer!

Hair, honey, that man had a head full of beautiful wavy hair! His wavy hair added to his overall sex appeal. And we can't forget his face - very attractive features; a man of intense sex appeal. He also had a beautiful slender body and the best butt of the Fabs. He had Buns of Steel! (Check him out in "Help!")
George inherited the Harrison nose, a very attractive feature indeed!
Oh, and that man had a very soothing voice indeed!
I love "Soft Hearted Hana." That is such a peaceful, tranquil song and it is ideal for when you need something soothing. This song is truly a rare gem.

Dang BB, you took the words right out of my mouth! Couldn't have said it better. Yes, George was amazing on so many of those early recordings! So underrated.

I love the guitar part on Wreck of the Hesperus, especially where everything else cuts out and it's just the guitar. Good stuff.

The way his deeply serious face suddenly transforms when he breaks into a grin.
And the way he still used to wear quirky bits of clothing right at the end, like loud jackets and waistcoats and stuff, and the cool t-shirt of the girl on a motorcycle he wears when he is leaning against the tree on the cover of Brainwashed.

George inherited the Harrison nose, the Harrison smile and the Harrison ectomorphic build, all of which were paternal traits. He had the biggest smile of the Fabs.
As far as the weird clothing, George liked experimenting with far-out fashions even as a boy. Louise the Elder recalled how young George grew his full wavy hair out longer and sooner than most boys during that era; he dyed his hand-me-down jacket; he liked pink shirts and other loud, bright and vivid colors. Apparently George's eye for color never left him because in Anthology, George sports a pair of pink sneakers.
I loved it when he had a look of solemn intensity while playing guitar.

My partner plays guitar and he reckons that the look on a guitarists face when he is concentrating is the same look he would have while shagging.

I love the guitar part on Art of Dying. I used to be ambivilant towards that song til one of my friends mentioned how much she enjoyed the guitar in that so I sat down and listened and discovered she was right and I had been a dweeb not to love it before! lol
