Beatles tattoo

Hello everybody! I was wondering if anyone had a Beatles related tattoo. I am contimplating getting one but wanted some suggestions on what to get. I was considering the image of the yellow submarine with the tree and peace sign. It would be small around my ankle or foot.

when im 18 im definitly getting a beatles tattoon it will be on nmy arm.

We had a topic on tatoo's before and if I remember correctly not many people here have them. My first thought on this is wait till you are in your twenties. But of course I know that 'kids' these days don't, it is the thing to do. So I won't lecture

I have one that I got in my thirites and I don't regret it but I definitely don't want another. I think a Beatle on would be very cool. But I would never put one on my ankle, ouch.

Although I think it'd be interesting to have a Beatles symbol or something, I have to say I've been turned off the idea of ever getting a tattoo ever. Plus I'm sure they'd hurt too much!

I have been mulling a Beatles logo tattoo on my forearm for a long time. If it doesn't hurt too much I would get a Yellow Submarine on the other arm.

I'm getting a Beatles tattoo soon, in my back a "Tomorrow Never Knows", but I need someone to design it for me.

Another good idea can be the Sgt Peppers drum... it's like saying, I'm a part of that lonely hearts club band

I like the idea of the Apple symbol, maybe with "The Beatles" written beneath it or something. I don't think I'd ever get a tattoo, but if I did, it would be something like that!

I have "The Beatles" tatooed on my ankle.Just like it's written in Ringo's drum kit.It hurt like hell!!

That is so cool, how long have you had it? the ankly is the last place I would get a tattoo. Any other musician tattoos?

I've had it for 2 yrs.The ankle is the only place I would get it, cause if I wanted it to be seen I would wear shorts.Otherwise I would hide it with my socks.I didn't want it on my back or shoulder,cause nobody would see it.Except my husband.It seemed like the logical choice.Besides it only took about 45 minutes to do.

Oh my gosh, thats exactly what and where I wanted to get mine. a yellow submarine on my ankle....too bad i'm only 14 though

i'll get a beatle related tattoo someday...hopefully.

Needles frighten me... As does the prospect of having ink permanently embedded under my skin. Good luck to you, though! I think tattoos are neat on other people, but I just can't imagine ever having one myself.

I would love to get a Beatle tattoo but I don't know if I could put up with the pain. I would really like to get one though...I don't know. I've actually recently talked about going to get one with my roomie. I don't know though.

I'm getting a tattoo of John, the scaled down portrait of the Avedon picture.I'm going to scale down the picture, edit the others out and just have Johns head. Print it out and take it up the tattoo shop and get the bloke to copy it onto my arm. Should be good. I'll post a pic when its done.I've got a couple of others. They don't hurt that much. Its an irritating pain, but bearable.

If I ever get a Tattoo it probably be of the Avedon pic of John, y'all know the one-The pshycedlic John portrait thats on the back cover of the "1" booklet.But i doubt i would, I'd probably get tired of it after a while, especially when the colors fade!

I think I won't never take The Beatles tattoo. I love and adore Beatles, but tattoos are not for me.
soliddrummer, your tattoo is very cool! And you have designed that yourself?! Oh..! It's cool and nice!
Beatles is very beautifull thing and so Beatles tattoos are always beautifull! But I hope I can be a real fan without Beatles tattoo.

I have tattoos, but I don't have a Beatles one. One of mine is just above my left ankle. It was my first one & it didn't bother me at all to get it. I had way more work done on it & got a second on my lower back. I'm trying (if it will stop snowing long enough) to get my third on my upper back.

I think some great ideas for Beatles tats have been mentioned! I think the band's name (logo) is cool! Or their signatures... Hmmm, the With the Beatles cover would look cool, too!
