Many thanks are due to the mods on all forums who have to do this so often...and it could've been so much worse. On another forum I frequent, some idiot littered just about every thread with Swedish hard-core porn videos recently.

And thanks for the good plug for mods. If the mods weren't watching this place like falcons (and we live in different time zones around the world, so there is always someone watching), then those spamming fools would overrun good sites such as this. How about we whip up a special batch of pies flambe for spammers, sharks, trolls and porn pollutants and other cyber ills?

* shark - one who posts under false pretenses, such as pretending to have credentials that they really don't or an illness/condition they never had and in general trying to play and prey upon the sympathies of others with deception. Shark by cyber definition means someone who joins a cyber community or even carries out elaborate deceptions in person with the idea of feeding off the attention they feel they will get from others. It is genuinely sick behavior.

* troll - just your garden variety pain in the ass who says things to rile people up and caus strife. Trolls are not necessarily dishonest; they are just people who engage in rude and trouble making behavior.

They are sad individuals who feed off of people's anger.

As another moderator once said, "don't feed the trolls." As for today's serving of pie flambe, I'd like to aim it at the fool on the cell phone who brought their phone to mass. The church has declared a ban on cell phones and yet there are people who bring them into church and chat when the phone rings. Luckily the ushers escort offenders out.

For Pete's Sake, don't bring your phone to church. If you absolutely MUST have it, set it to vibrate and only answer it once you leave the church. I think it is rude to disrupt mass to chat.

Drivers who don't follow the rules properly. Going through stop signs, talking on cell phones, not giving cyclists or pedestrians the right of way or not using signal lights are just a few things that drive me nuts.

They just drift over into your lane. I would let people over if I knew they WANTED over.

Slow drivers really annoy me. They hold up traffic; sometimes you have to throw on your brakes to avoid an accident; they increase tension and can be a sump on one's time. If you need to drive slowly, PLEASE do it in the right lane!

A batch of pies for rude and hostile customers and people who leave the sales area looking like ass.

AGREED, BB! Except going 25 in a 30 is not cool for me, either. I haven't driven on the interstate since October 2006, but I know how much of a pain slow driving is. The only time I find it acceptable is when it's really raining, wet, snowy, or icy on the roads.

I would throw it at the anyone who believes drawing a cartoon is punishable by death!
