I have been listening to nothing but that CD since I got it, and that was one and a half months ago. Some of the previously unreleased songs are so good that they make me wonder why they weren't issued as singles. "Anna" has become one of the two songs whose original version I prefer to that by the Beatles (the other one being "Twist and Shout", if we consider the Isley Brothers' version as the "original" one -not true, strictly). Of course, "Where Have You Been (All My Life)" sounds much better when sung by Arthur Alexander, but it's difficult to tell what the Beatles' version sounded really like.

Thanks to Blackguard, I picked up the Buddy Holly: Memorial Collection, and boy was I happy I did. Outstanding three disc set of recordings, all cleaned up, presented in their basic mixes, without the overdubs that have been the bane of Holly fans and collectors since his death.

Also, I picked up Bob's Christmas In The Heart to help feed the less fortunate and as a little giftie.

Thanks for some new Holiday standards Bob!
