Technically this release was the first Beatle-related CD to be encoded with the HDCD format. For the point, name the CD.

Not sure if that's the one you're thinking of, Kat, but George Martin's 1998 In My Life is supposed to exist in a HDCD version.

George Martin's might be HDCD now but wasn't originally.
Since this is the end of the month, I'm closing this question so I can reuse it at a later date.
