Rumours said the book was being put back in print last month, but I've known nothing about it since, sorry.

The original publisher is Genesis Publications, who have their website at http://www.genesis-publications.com/

Their book is out of print / sold out, My copy is from Comet and costed UK pounds 5.95 long time ago in London. ISBN 0 86379 050 X.

You can try the usual E-Bay's etc.
