First you have to pass Jerry's grueling initiation. I won't tell you all the details, but this is involved:

Just kidding, as long as you are an outstanding member and someone Jerry can trust, he might just make you a moderator. But that decision is Jerry's alone.

We definitely don't need more than 2 for each forum. So pick one of the forums that have only 1 moderator, and try to convince them to give up half of their realm. Or find somebody that's moderating 2 forums at the same time, and convince them to give up 1 of them. Not an easy task....

The initiation process is long and devious! (It needs to be to worm out the non-commited)

First, you have to jet out to the 'Sacred Land' which is of course... Leeds. There you must submerge your head in a warm swamp-like basin of water while trying to take your socks off with your teeth. If you fail you are banished to 'Westlife' Land, otherwise known as Wolverhampton. If you succeed, then you are taken to Pepperland for the initian ceremony where you receive your OPP badge and have to deliver a 40,000 word speech on how the Beatles have affected your personal life, sexual or other.

Or you just bribe Jerry. Either works. (Don't take the first option. I learnt that the hard way
