Default This song it´s for you

Dedicated to...

Well, maybe to the one I love?

Maybe to my "chocolat"

Maybe to my friend

or maybe only to remember...

Can't stop loving you (Phil Collins)

So youre leaving
In the morning
On the early train
But I could say everythings alright
And I could pretend and say goodbye

Got your ticket
Got your suitcase
Got your leaving smile
Oh, I could say thats the way it goes
And I could pretend and you wont know
That I was lying

Because I cant stop loving you
No, I cant stop loving you
No, I wont stop loving you
Why should i

We took a taxi
To the station
Not a word was said
And I saw you walk across the road
For maybe the last time, I dont know

Feeling humble
Heard a rumble
On the railway track
And when I hear the whistle blow
I walk away and you wont know
That ill be crying

Because I cant stop loving you
No, I cant stop loving you
No, I wont stop loving you
Why should i

Even try
Ill always be here by your side (why why why)
I never wanted to say goodbye
Im always here if you change, change your mind

So your leaving
In the morning
On the early train
But I could say everythings alright
And I could pretend and say goodbye
But that would be lying,no

Because I cant stop loving you
(cant stop loving you)
No, I cant stop loving you
(I wont stop loving you)
No, I wont stop loving you
Why should I even try
Because I cant stop loving you
(cant stop loving you)
No, I cant stop loving you
(thats all I can do)
No, I wont stop loving you
Why should i
(why should I)
Why should i
(tell me why)
Why should I even try

PD. I hope it's nor forbiden the links to "You Tube". If it's forbiden, sorry and please tell me about, I searched but I don't see nothing agains't.

A wonderful song of the sixties, The Spencer Davies Group with a teenager Steve Winwood singing.

Keep on running (Spencer Davier Group) - 1967

Keep on running, keep on hiding
One fine day I'm gonna be the one to make you understand
Oh yeah I'm gonna be your man

Keep on running, running from my arms
One fine day I'm gonna be the one to make you understand
Oh yeah I'm gonna be your man

Everyone keeps talking about me, make me feel so bad
Everyone is laughing at me, make me feel so sad
So I keep on running hey hey hey

All right

Keep on running, running from my arms
One fine day I'm gonna be the one to make you understand
Oh yeah I'm gonna be your man (hey hey hey)

Everyone keeps talking about me, make me feel so bad
Everyone is laughing at me, make me feel so sad (hey hey hey)
So I keep on running

Keep on running, running from my arms
One fine day I'm gonna be the one to make you understand
Oh yeah I'm gonna be your man

Hey come on

Make me feel so good
I wanna be your man
All Right
Come on baby
I wanna be your man
You know you make me feel so good

Man, I forgot all about the song "Keep on Running". I believe it was the first of the huge triumvirate with

"Gimme Some Lovin'"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZQAYJnDhj8

and "I'm a Man"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn3nAt029wM

Steve Winwood was a musical prodigy, so young and so talented. Nice vid clip.

I like Phil Collins but "Can't Stop Loving You" doesn't pull me in. Its a sweet song but not my taste.

Zappa's version of I Am The Walrus not withstanding the Fab Faux's version is great.

What a shame, I don't find a video of The Jefferson Airplane with the image of Grace Slick singing... Well, rest de music and his great voice:

Somebody to love (The Jefferson Airplane) - 1967

When the truth is found to be lies
and all the joy within you dies
don't you want somebody to love
don't you need somebody to love
wouldn't you love somebody to love
you better find somebody to love

When the garden flowers baby are dead yes
and your mind [, your mind] is [so] full of red
don't you want somebody to love
don't you need somebody to love
wouldn't you love somebody to love
you better find somebody to love

Your eyes, I say your eyes may look like his [yeah]
but in your head baby I'm afraid you don't know where it is
don't you want somebody to love
don't you need somebody to love
wouldn't you love somebody to love
you better find somebody to love

Tears are running [ahhh,]running down your breast
and your friends baby they treat you like a guest
don't you want somebody to love
don't you need somebody to love
wouldn't you love somebody to love
you better find somebody to love.

I found this fantastic "live" with Clapton and Knopfler and... I can't coment because I can only feel the magic.

Wonderful Tonight (Eric Clapton with Marc Knopfler)

It's late in the evening; she's wondering what clothes to wear.
She puts on her make-up and brushes her long blonde hair.
And then she asks me, "Do I look all right?"
And I say, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."

We go to a party and everyone turns to see
This beautiful lady that's walking around with me.
And then she asks me, "Do you feel all right?"
And I say, "Yes, I feel wonderful tonight."

I feel wonderful because I see
The love light in your eyes.
And the wonder of it all
Is that you just don't realize how much I love you.

It's time to go home now and I've got an aching head,
So I give her the car keys and she helps me to bed.
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,
I say, "My darling, you were wonderful tonight.
Oh my darling, you were wonderful tonight."

Now at Spain it's the 23,35 hours... Good night.

Me has abordado a traición
