Re: Johnny Depp
Now it's at 6 movies... I just finished watching "Benny and Joon". It's so hilarious! He's such an awesome actor!

<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">I like "Chocolat" too, and "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", "From Hell" (Jack the Ripper) is kinda creepy- he dies in the movie with poison overdose, I think.
"Ed Wood" I don't like much. It's in Black & White, and his character I didn't like it.

Re: Johnny Depp
yay! johnny depp rocks! yeah, i saw potc recently and... yeah, you know the story. need i repeat what others have already said. yeah, the whole 40 thing is a bit creepy (meaning he does look quite young. *snarl*). i even fell away from this beatles community for a while because of that dirty pirate. argh. muwah. (feels awkward - hasn't posted in a while.) ...benny and joon is the best, along with sleepy hollow (gets image of christopher walken as hessian horseman with pointy teeth in her mind... buwahaha). but potc is definately my favorite. i must see secret window! gah! and from hell. heehee. he really is a brilliant actor, ya know. i was surprised when i saw how many movies he's done. well anyway, here's to the only man who could ever literally become keith richards (jack sparrow... i mean, CAPTAIN jack sparrow)! Re: Johnny Depp
Oh God I love him! He's so sexy. I've seen just about all of his movies plus re-runs of the old show 21 jump street. The first movie I remember seeing him in was Crybaby (he looks good in this movie) and Edward Scissorhands is just a great movie and What's Eating Gilbert Grape etc... Oh god so many movies that I love him in. Maybe I'm rambling too much though, but he's so sexy!

Re: Johnny Depp
I saw "Secret Window" last weekend and he was very good in it! I'd almost forgotten what a good actor he is! Although the plot was a bit predictable for me, Johnny made it worth seeing. Even my 70 year old aunt likes him. She loved "Pirates Of The Caribean". I suppose I'll be renting that soon.

Re: Johnny Depp
The ending of the movie "Secret Window" is completely different from the book (both are great, though). And they changed a lot of little things in it as well. Like for example in the book he had a cat, and in the movie its a dog. Why do they do that? Would it have killed them to give him a cat and make it the way it's supposed to be?

Re: Johnny Depp
It bugs me the way they do that too, especially when they change endings and make characters different. I'm always apprehensive about seeing the movie version of a book I like because of that. Maybe they thought dogs give a more macho image to a guy than a cat, I don't know. I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie. I haven't read the book so it will all be a surprise to me.
