The easiest for me was And I Love Her... but that uses an acoustic guitar... Sorry I'm not much help.  |

I would try to looks for tabs online to see what's easiest. I think Let it Be is really easy (at least piano-wise).

My suggestions would be :
I should have known better
Things we Said Today
Polythene Pam
Glass Onion
and definitely Get Back.
Also gives a good broad look at different Beatle stages, not just early material.
Good luck...........make that Fender work for you.
