Just watched "Valiant". I'm a sucker for animated movies. I have Madagascar, Chicken Little, Robots, Osmosis Jones, A Shark Tale, Shrek 2, and the aformentioned Valiant.

As for live action flix, the list is too long.

I saw "Glory Road" with my boyfriend on Friday. It was a really good movie.

OMG! I LOVE that movie! I saw it in the theaters when it came out, and then I bought the dvd the day that it was released. Such a fun little movie... and the music... don't even get me started on the music... *sigh* MICHAEL BUBLE Oh, how I LOVE him!!!! That's the film that made me his biggest fan (and I am! I swear!)... it was through that film that I found his music... Oh my, how I love him... I listen to his music every single day... can't get by without it (er... my little doses of him...) Yep, love that movie, and love its tunes (BUBLE!!!)...

(BTW, if you need help being englightened as to the wonder that is Michael Buble, *sigh*, please leave me a little message here, or feel free to pm me... I'm always willing to spread that Michael love... *sigh*...)

And, btw, now that the Cary Grant marathon (wow! was that good!) has ended on TCM... I'm watching Why Do Fools Fall in Love (about Frankie Lymon)

I was up early watching the marathon yesterday too. I was only able to watch two or three movies, though, then had to head for school so I set the VCR... now I'm ready for a fun-filled Cary Grant evening tonight!

Just finished watching Liberty Heights. Good movie.

About to pop in Bob Dylan MTV Unplugged. Not a movie but definitely worth the mention.

Mainly because I love the Sgt. Pepper part in the Mike Teevee song.

Check out Guest's other similar movies, Waiting For Guffman (came out before Best In Show) and A Mighty Wind (after Best In Show). They feature most of the same actors and were filmed in the same ad-lib manner. They're currently working on the next, called For Your Consideration, about movie-making.

That man has one amazing voice eh?

Last night I saw Man of the House....which wasn't that good IMHO.

THursday I was home sick and saw The Phantom of the Opera on TMN....the music is so beautiful! The costumes and the sets are also amazing, and the cinematography too! My heart breaks for the poor Phantom at the end!

Just finished watching Fahreheit 911. Very thought provoking. I now see what the uproar was when this movie first came out. Michael Moore sure doesn't pull any punches. I liked it.

I love The Producers!

"Not ah-ah-ah-ah! Oops! Just say oops and get out!"

"I'm not a madam, I'm a concierge!"

We're always pulling quotes from this movie at work.
That one and Blazing Saddles.

"For my next impression, Jesse Owens!"

"Millopn Dollar Baby". I wasn't really impressed. It was ok, and the acting in it was very, very good, but I thought it was too slow moving and just pretty boring overall. Which probably explains why it got the Oscar for Best Picture.
