when you've trained even you teachers to call you John

when your bio teacher writes "good job, Walrus!" on your test

When you and you study hall teacher discuss the Beatles before and after the bell rings

When your history teacher asks for a different Bealtes quote everyday, and you always have several ones she's never heard

When your mom accidentally calls your best friend Paul because you do so often that she thinks it's his name

When you rampage through the garage looking for your parents' old crates of LPs, just in case THIS time you'll find some Beatles, even though they sold them in order to pay for your college...stupid parents...

When you laugh at this list, not because it's outlandish, but because you've done these things yourself

When you go around the school looking for lockers number 9, find it, take a picture, then look for 99 and so on.

when you friend texts you at...well, before God gets up, to tell you there's something about John Lennon on the radio and you don't turn your phone off, but you turn the radio on and try to find it

when you stay up late at night trying to alter the space time continuum so you can arrive in the 60s, and on occassion, will look out at the cars outside to see if it actually worked because you can't tell inside because you hardly have any 'new' stuff in your room.

when you look at your friend and you're about to speak and they say "no, I know that look, just don't do it, okay, just please, don't" when you're about to quote/talk about/sing ect. anything Beatles.

when you refer to you friend's car as a yellow submarine, because that's practically where you all live.

When you make your friend a Christmas card of the Beatles and they put it up in their locker approvingly (this time I worked with better craftsmanship, apperently)

When you had a friend who hated the Beatles and he has come to love them because of your halloween party (Beatles Halloween party)

When you had a Beatles halloween party

When you were John Lennon at that party, and you even had 3 other people be Beatles with you (this takes more effort than you would suppose, among today's high schoolers)

When you poked holes in your backpack and broke one of the zippers so your mom would get you that Beatles one you've had your eye on

when you have a yellow submarine Christmas ornament

when you refuse to wear shoes when crossing streets

When you searched all over your room for your Beatles Rockband edition of Game Informer and you nearly cried when you found out it was in the stack of stuff you threw away without checking first(don't you hate it when that happens?)

When you almost cried when your friend told you your accent was annoying (what? you are who you hang out with, that includes media, you hang out with media, I cant' help it!)

When your teachers and schoolmates think you are actually british, and you don't correct them

when you have a cold and you accidentally sound like Ringo, and try to keep sounding that way

When your answering machine says "Hey, this is John Lennon, I can't take your call because I'm dead, but if you leave a message, I'll see you in the afterlife!"

When your dad respectfully calls you Mr. Lennon

When you sign things as John Lennon, by habit

When you are angered by your friend's cuban boots that he can afford and you can't, so you attempt to steal them, even though you would never hurt your friend like that, they are still on his feet and they are three sizes too big for you

When people you don't even know address you as John Lennon and occasionally ask you to sing a song, and you do, and they say you sound just like him, and you say thats because you are him.

When your youth group leader refuses to call you John Lennon, and thinks you're insane, while you think she is insane for not liking the later Beatles stuff, and for not calling you John

When you do a report in english in all song lyrics and most of them are by the Beatles, and you cite every song

When you hope that this time your apple in your bag lunch is a granny smith (not joking, the lunch ladies seem to hate me in this respect)

When you actually get along with your teachers because of the Beatles

I am guilty as charged, and you know what? I Feel Fine.

You accuse all of today's music artists of copying the Beatles.
You saw "Lisa the Vegetarian" on The Simpsons and immediately cut meat out of your diet.
You've made up names for the Beatles that nobody understands, which is funny if you're talking about them in public.
You call all of your friends "Paul" even if they're girls.
You listen to the Anthology version of "Only a Northern Song" so many times your eyes roll back in your head from organ overload.
You call people who hate the Beatles "blue meanies."
You dress as Mr. Kite for Halloween.
Your best Christmas ever was when the radio played "Wonderful Christmastime" by the Wings.
Your ancestors hail from Britain, and you convince yourself that this means you're related to the Beatles.
You try to make your handwriting look like Paul's so your teachers won't be able to read and grade your classwork.

Heeeey!

By the way, it wasn't "the Wings," it was Paul McCartney and Wings.

At my school there's me (I love the Beatles), my friends either like the Beatles or are neutral about them, there are a couple of girls who love the Beatles but are not by any means obsessed, and everyone else hates them.

Once my subsitute teacher noticed I was wearing a John Lennon shirt so he said in this old-guy voice "You're a Lennon fan aren't you?" I'm really not, so I was like "I guess."

There is another topic with the same title and types of posts. Perhaps it's time to close this one?
