You almost got it right. Instead of the entire URL between the "tube" things, just put the code or number of the video. I'll edit your post and fix them for you.

Each YouTube vid has a URL address listed in the URL box to the right of your video like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8k-S6nAiNs
Copy and paste the url address into your post. You then need to take everything after the equals sign and place it in between tube switches like this:
(tube)p8k-S6nAiNs(/tube) but you will replace ( and ) with [ and ]
That's it. If you are ever uncertain about how to proceed, just hit the quote button on any post that has embeded video and you will see exactly how it should appear.
