Found this old Daily Show clip from '99... back when Jon Stewart just took over the show. It reminds me of an earlier time in Beatle fandom, back when people could still be cheeky when it came to the lads... it seems everyone is more reverent nowadays, not taking the piss out quite like they used to.
Anyway, it's good for a giggle:

On the old Cartoon Network show Kids Next Door, the real name of the character Numbuh 4 was Wallaby Beatles.

In "The Magic Of Belle Isle" with Morgan Freeman, he rents a cottage for the summer, agrees to watch the owner's dog Ringo, Morgan asks a neighbor "Ringo, what kind of a name is that?", the neighbor says there used to be four dogs, "John, Paul, George and Ringo".

Al Bundy can't remember the name of Anna (Go To Him), a song that The Beatles covered. And, he goes on a mission to find out. So, not directly about The Beatles, but adjacent.

There's this power puff girl episode... It's chock full of Beatle references. Most of the script is nearly composed of lyrics from their songs

Dern. 10 pages. Did someone mention Wayne's World 1?
Tiny: "Wayne! How you doin'?"
Wayne: "Hey, Tiny, who's playing today?"
Tiny: "Jolly Green Giants and the Sh***y Beatles."
Wayne: "Sh***y Beatles? Are they any good?"
Tiny: "They suck!"
Wayne: "Then it's not just a clever name."

Well the latest My Little Pony episode was called Magical Mystery Cure and featured a LOT of singing, partly to play off Magical Mystery Tour

It's not a TV show, but today's Zits comic has the character Pierce saying he'd like to go back in time to 1964 to see the Beatles live

Probably a lot, but as far as I can think of there's
- A Hard Day's Night
- Help!
- Yellow Submarine
- Magical Mystery Tour
- Let It Be
- How I Won The War
- Send My Regards to Broadway
- Nowhere Boy
- The one where John and Paul make out in the elevator (never actually seen this one)
- Countless Anthologies/Documentaries
- Thomas the Train
- In the Big Bang Theory they play "You Can Be My Yoko Ono" (gag), which the Barenaked Ladies wrote (love them) about John/Yoko (gag).
- Beatles Cartoons
- The vultures from The Jungle Book
That's all I can think of, I'm sure I've noticed other at the time, but can't remember them :P

Daria, the delightful late 1990s MTV series' title character had a friend named Jane Lane whose hair made her look like a lampshade. Jane had a sister named Penny Lane.

The 1965 Doctor Who story "The Chase" features The Beatles singing "Ticket To Ride" (performance footage shot for Top of the Pops).
It's a well-known fact (in Doctor Who circles) that The Beatles were originally to appear as old men in the story, however, this idea was vetoed by Brian Epstein and the performance footage was used instead.
More details about "The Chase" can be found here:
