P.S I Love You(s)
The word 'you' is sung 29 times in "P.S. I Love You" which means:
the mono version at 2:05 has a 'you' every 4.31 seconds and
the stereo version at 2:07 has a 'you' every 4.38 seconds
THEREFORE: you are clearly getting gypped on the stereo version.

You should have posted that on the "You know you're obsessed..." thread! ~lol~
I'm watching The Girl Can't Help It on cable right now... haven't seen this since in a gazillion years! It's cool to think of the lads watching this at the Woolton Picture House...

I did. I gave her a high five, LOL. I think I raised her right.

GOOD! It reminds me a story of my own. I had a HORRIBLE teacher in high school who absolutely hated me. Once, she even told me that I wasn't smart enough to read a certain book I wanted to read for the class! She made me read something else! Can you believe that!?
One day in class, we watched some film with Victor Spinetti in it. I can't remember what it was, lol...but I stayed after class to ask if it was him. She said she didn't know. [I did!] We watched the credits together after everyone else had gone, and she was so impressed that I spotted an actor out of her beloved film. I didn't tell her it was a Beatles connection right away because she hated me for it.
First, I pretended to be the intelligent type that she thought I couldn't ever be...and THEN I told her that he participated in 3 Beatles films, and THAT was how I knew of him. She was stunned and disgusted that such a fine and distinguished actor that she admired would stoop to such a ridiculous level, being in films with those stupid Beatles!
She left me alone after that incident. From then on, it was just dirty looks...

Good for you! Why are there some people out there who feel threatened by our obsession? Someone I know said it best once. Only another Beatles fan will understand. If you have to explain it to them, they just don't get it and never will. I know someone who accuses me of being obsessed all the time. My answer? "You say this like it's a bad thing!"

I have been watching (well, listening really) to Music Max Ultimate Music Collection Top 100 all day and generally getting annoyed that there are no Beatle songs or even solos in the countdown. Especially when Elvis was at #12 with Heartbreak Hotel and The Beach Boys in the top 10.
What do you know??? Macca appears at #7 (I think it was) with Hey Jude and lo and behold, Johnny baby is at number one with Imagine!!! He even outranked Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody which usually gets the number one spot in these sorts of countdowns. YAY!!! My afternoon finished off nicely.

Haha... I'm just sitting here watching Entertainment Tonight, and it said "BREAKING NEWS ON PAUL MCCARTNEY!!... Will he bring his new girlfriend to this Sunday's award show?"
Breaking news indeed, ET.

In the first levels of PacMan, PacMan tries to eat a strawberry. At level five, he tries to eat a granny smith apple.

"Yeah" is said in "She Loves You" a total of 29 times.
Harold Sr. really left his stamp on George.
George had a widow's peak which was a French donation along with the cheekbones. He also had a French-Harrison smile. He also had the French intensity.
You've just got to love the man's wit and humor!

I heard "Driving Rain" over the loudspeaker at the gas station last night. I was frozen with surprise and delight until the song ended :]
