All she wants people to remember is his hits; forgot how many times All Things Must Pass has been rereleased, while the rest of his musical legacy is moldering in the vaults. That's just a few things and none of it would REALLY reflect on George in a bad way. As well, the way she talks about him in interviews, you'd think he was this sickly sugar sweet guy and although he certainly could be nice that's not ALL there was to George and I think she's doing his memory a disservice when she pretends it was.
Er, what? They did talk about George's vocals on that tour, about him being "red-blooded" and about his addiction to cocaine. Those decisions were made by Scorsese, not Olivia. If anything she wanted more of those eras of his life represented because she was there for them, and they therefore have more meaning to her. They've released his whole discography now, even Electronic Sound!

Obviously she's going to talk lovingly about George, but she's also very honest and never makes him out to be saintly.

No. I don't think he'd be okay with it at all. "He who tells all that he knows often tells more than he knows." <--- from his own autobio... then he adds, "A constant thought in the editing process of this book."

George showed in "I, Me, Mine" book what he was comfy revealing, which was very limited.

On a somewhat tangential note, while George was indeed a private man, I was surprised when he disclosed that fecal tale in Anthology. All he had to say if he really wanted to share a loo tale was to say he was USING it and not be specific about it.
