Considering the events that happened there back in December 1999, I can see why he'd want to sell it. If the price is right, I'd like to live there.

I've seen that off & on for a while. Don't know if it's true or rumour, but it's not new.

I've got an idea... why don't we put all our money together & buy it from him! 120 rooms, get about 60 people together - we could afford it then!

I don't know... Let's see... One american dollar is about 600 chilean pesos. I have about 1800 pesos... Add US$ 3.00. Although you never know with our economy and I'm not sure if I'd want to share Friar Park with Nowhere Man

Joking aside, it can be totally understood why George wants to sell the house. Perhaps he might feel safer in a more retired place (even more retired). Whatever is right for him should be appreciated by us, as long as it makes him go on recording music, which is we're all hoping for.

Certainly, my dear, we could do just that... Just win the lottery first, ok? It might just be enough for the down payment. And don't forget... "Work with me on this... buy a ticket... buy a ticket..."

Default Friar Park for sale

English newspaper The Mail on Sunday ran an "exclusive" story today stating that George is planning to sell Friar Park because he no longer feels safe living there (surprise surprise).

I hope this isn`t true, I`ve always enjoyed the thought of him pottering around in his garden not to far away.

A rather bold question, NWM... Do you have something to share? I'm not aware of any plans for us to live in separate homes.

Where will he take me (FPshot) to because it seems like I have to change my nickname after all these years.

If we do move in, it is obvious I get the studio chambers. And I would like the Frank Crisp writings, like Don't Keep Off The Grass.

100 EURO for me to add to the bid.

I'll put in $2.5 million.

Of the Confederate treasury, that is.

No, but he has a panel of experts who tell him that it's wherever he says it is.
