Ah yes! I went to the movies last week and came across this on the wall:
Can`t wait!

THAT's a great poster! Like it much better than the UK ads... er, adverts.

I couldn't agree more, it's a far more attention-grabbing poster than the one used over here.

The theatre I go to has this poster on the wall too! I took a pic of it with my phone and now it's my phone background

Hey everyone! I'm here on behalf of the Weinstein Company, and it is great to heat that you guys are excited about our film. Has anyone seen the John Lennon Tribute video? Check it out, and let me know what you think. Thanks!

Weinstein, might you be here as a Beatles fan or is this just a promo post?

Hey, thanks for the question. I work on behalf of the Weinstein Company to promote the movie Nowhere Boy, but I am also a huge Beatles fan. I thought fans like you would want to know a little more about the film Nowhere Boy. If you have any questions about the movie, I'll do my best to answer them. Thanks.

I saw it at Fest and I liked some things about it and didnt like others (I dont know why John had blue/gray eyes and it took me awhile to get past that). I'm not sure how I was about the John & Julia relationship but sometimes things need to be overdramatized for movie purposes. There was a nice John & Paul moment that I liked as well as some other things.

I know it was only done to promote your movie... but I actually like the idea of the object of love in In My Life being Julia. It's kind of like when someone suggested to Paul that he had subconsciously written Yesterday for his mum... and he pretty much agreed.
If you ever check back here, WC, could you tell me why Sam Taylor-Wood veered so far away from the original screenplay?

Hey, great question. Unfortunately, it is not my place to speak for her. I'm sure she had a vision and went with it, but again I can't speak on her behalf. I'd recommend checking out this great interview that Movieline did with her. She talks about a number of subjects, including her collaboration with screenwriter Matt Greenhalgh. The interview doesn't explicitly answer your question, but still it's worth a look. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I was planning on seeing it, but it's not coming to my city... even tho one of my theatres has posters up of it. Its not coming to any cities within a 3 hour drive either from what I can tell by looking it up on movietickets.com....
So I was just wondering, in which cities will it be showing?

Awesome. I thought you might be interested in seeing this review from the Los Angeles Times. Looks like there's some positive buzz floating around...

It's very odd that it's only come out now in the US, I've been enjoying my DVD copy for almost six months now!
