Though seldom did George get play time on Beatles records, I think ONLY A NORTHERN SONG AND ITS ALL TOO MUCH 2 of my favorites. My favorite guilty pleasure of George is My SWEET LORD, jus gets better each time I sing the hare krishnas!
My least favorite albums by the Beatles are Magical Mystery Tour, just don't get it really, and not my favorite music by them (shame on me) and although the side A had music on Yellow Sub, and I loved it, leave off the Yellow sub and the rest of the instrumental. Too bad though, having a song like Hey Bulldog on a record like that just didn't seem right.
All the early stuff was rubbish which no one who wasn't a female adolescent in 1964 could possibly enjoy and although most of what they did from Rubber soul onwards was very good and enjoyable only a relatively small amount of it was genius.
So do I...I have only ever liked the early stuff. What is so "unpopular" about that?
It just seems that when I do mention I enjoy their earlier stuff more people express the opinion that their later stuff was better because of how creative/ground breaking it was in comparison to albums in which they were still doing cover tunes on. Sometimes I feel that it is an unpopular opinion to like the earlier stuff more, but it's good to know that people share my opinion on it being good.
I think that Ringo always repeating to exhaustion "Peace and love, "Peace and love", Peace and love" whenever he talks, makes him a little bit of a fool... Sorry, Ringo fans.

Maybe because his good friend was shot dead.Maybe he's hoping people will say & do,and start being kinder to each other.
