my sweet lord 2000 picture sleeve
I'm looking for the picture on the back of the vinyl 45. Supposed to be the last professional portrait of George. So I'm told anyway. Anyone know where I can find the picture?
Thanks in advance!!
Brian

Re: my sweet lord 2000 picture sleeve
I have seen that picture on some sites, but can't find it, yet.
It is the USA version you refer to.
It is George in a white shirt, holding a uke, standing before a window of Friar Park like from the original ATMP poster and at his back is this big doll used in the end of the Real Love video, in the theatre or is it the other single video....

I have the uke one on my harddrive, I can upload it if that's the one you mean.

Yes, that is the one which is on the US promo disc only, which has the original My Sweet Lord version on side A and the 2001 version on side B.
The pront cover is George in 1970, taken from the side, him looking downwards.

By the way, you see those big windows in the background? Well, that photo was taken in the temple he gave us.

This is going off on a slight tangent, but has anyone noticed the similarity between the photo on the 'Any Road' sleeve and the one on the 'Dark Horse' box-set?

I don't care for the dummy either, but any picture of George certainly brightens up my day!

Re: my sweet lord 2000 picture sleeve
I think the dummy looks kind of cool! (Maybe I just have an attraction for the macabre! ) I think it gives the picture a real 'art' look.
Also, when I look at the dummy's face , it's smile and the shape of it's mouth, it looks a little bit like George here, tee hee!
