Beacon records EP

I recently acquired an EP with four songs, 1. Hello Little Girl 2. Three Cool Cats 3. Memphis and 4. Love of the Loved. It is on Beacon records and the label is orange. All four songs are on one side and side 2 has a promo spot for a club named Left Bank. This was released in 1978 and there is a Spanish credit on the bottom of the picture sleeve. Does anyone know anything about this? I can't find a listing in any guide for it. Is there any value to it and what is the background of it? Thanks in advance
