Default Beatles themed Mafia...

So I ran across this game in another forum some time ago and remembered playing the party version of the game when I was a kid at camp so I gave the game a shot and LOVED it! Since then I have hosted a few games at the site where I play, but lately I was thinking a Beatles themed mafia might be a fun introduction for Beatle fanatics!

So here is the premise of the game. The players are divided into two groups, the larger group are the Civilians. Then there are a smaller group of Mafia members. The mafia members are allowed to discuss the game outside of the thread (also referred to as Behind The Scenes Conversation, or BTSC for short). The Civilians are not allowed to discuss the game outside the thread unless their role specifies differently. The game is played in phases, Day and Night.

Day phases last forty eight hours, during which time the players discuss in thread who they suspect and why, the Day phase ends with a lynch of the person the most people suspect to be a Mafia member. the person who was lynched will have their role revealed and then the game goes into the night phase.

Night Phases last twenty four hours and it is during this time that any role with special abilities will send the host (in this case, me) the name of the player they want to use their special ability on. For instance, in some games there are role checks, the person who had that ability could send me the name of the player they wish to learn the role of. Or in the case of the Mafia, the night is when they will send in the name of the player they wish to kill. A night phase ends with a Night post in which the night's public activity is revealed. Not all role actions will be revealed however, some are done secretly.

The Civilians win by eliminating all the mafia through lynches. The Mafia win by eliminating all the Civilians. Occasionally there are independant roles with special win conditions as well, but those are clearly stated in the game outline if this applies.

So having shared all that, here is my outline for a small Beatles Themed game!

Premise: Characters from Beatles tunes have taken sides for the epic battle of good vs. evil. Who will come out on top of the charts?

CIVILIANS:
Prudence - Prudence does nothing but meditate, all day long. She is so transcendental that she cannot be Night killed.

Eleanor Rigby - Eleanor Rigby died in a church and was buried alone with her name, nobody came. This player will have no special abilities.

The Walrus - I am the eggman, er Walrus, er.. am I Paul? If checked, this player will appear as a random role.

Nancy McGill - Will gain BTSC with either Rocky or Danny, depending upon which one wins the duel.

Billy Shears - Leader of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band, he can protect one other player each night.

Lovely Rita - Each night this meter maid can put the boot on one other player, effectively blocking them from using their ability that night.

Fool On The Hill - You may say he's a fool, but he knows more than most. This player may role check another player each night, but he will only receive a very cryptic clue as to their role instead of a straight answer.

MAFIA:
Mr. Mustard - Will insult one player each night, this insult will cause them to stay hidden at home crying all night instead of using their role ability that night, effectivleyv they are role blocked.

Maxwell Edison - Sends in the name of the night kill target each night. The NK will pass down to Mr. Mustard and then Dr. Robert should Max die.

Dr. Robert - Can give one other player a sip of his special medicine once each night, which will have a surprising effect on that player...

INDEPENDENT:
Rocky Racoon - Searches for Danny Boy each night, and if he finds him before Danny Boy finds Rocky, then Danny will die and Rocky will gain BTSC with Lil and align with the Civilians. If Danny dies before Rocky can find him, Rocky becomes a Mafia member.

Danny Boy - Searches for Rocky Racoon each night, and if he finds him before Rocky finds Danny, then Rocky will die and Danny will gain BTSC with Lil and align with the Civilians. If Rocky dies before Danny can find him, Danny becomes a mafia member.

So this game will require 12 players total. Playing a mafia game just requires that you can check in on the game once about every twenty four hours to participate as needed for that phase. What I would like to know is if there are 12 people who would be interested in giving this game a shot?

I should clarify I meant playing it here in the Mind Games forum, lol. Also if anyone has any questions about the game, feel free to ask them here!
