then I probably have never seen a tight game because I can not recall seeing a game where all the single players played equally well.

Yes, Congrats Canada. I'll admit I was and still am a bit disappointed but it was a good game and both teams played well.

Yeah, at least both the hockey gold and silver stayed in North America!

... and The U.S. ended up with the most medals, over-all. So it was all good in the end.

I just read where the Russian President is totally p.o'ed over the lack of medals won by his country and is demanding the sports officials step down.

Here's the link

Congrats to both U.S. and Canada for a great hockey game. It's nice to see the U.S. got so many medals and also that Canada got so many gold. It was a great Olympic event for all, in my opinion.

Maybe the president should make platinum medals for everyone.

And now that the Olympics are over, my province is left with the debt! Woohoo..

Yay for the US and Canada doing so well! There was definitely a North American dominance which was awesome. Bob Costas now believes the US is a Winter Olympics powerhouse. Hopefully that can be solidified in Sochi

That's the usual fate for the host, I'm afraid. The Calgary olympics is one of few that actually broke even and that's because the infrastructur's already there, what with the yearly Stampede and all that.
