VH1 Classic Macca videos
I was watching VH1 Classic last night and they had an hour of Maccas 'Greatest Hits' with some interesting videos I havent seen before.
In particular, the video for 'London Town'. Very cheesy video, but it was the seventies!
As I remember, they showed the following videos:
'No More Lonely Nights'
'Hi Hi Hi'
'C' Moon'
'With a Little Luck'
'Goodnight Tonight'
'Let 'Em In' (live 1976)
'Listen to what the man said' (live 1976: Hadn't seen that before either)
'Pipes of Peace'
'London Town'
'The Long and Winding Road' (Live 1990)
'Maybe I'm Amazed' (live 2002)
Interesting stuff.

Re: VH1 Classic Macca videos
I always forget about VH1 classic! I'll have to keep an eye out for that hour.
Cheesy 70s...I never would have imagined .

Re: VH1 Classic Macca videos
Oh how wonderful! I wasn't aware that it was on. I haven't seen some of those videos in years!
Pipes of Peace is a good video and London Town is soooo silly - love it!

So do I.
Damn, I missed it! What time did it come on in your time zone? Do you know if these Paul videos will be on again?

Re: VH1 Classic Macca videos
Oh I wish I could have watched that!
I have never seen any Macca videos. I guess I am too young. MTV/Much Music, never playing music like that when I was a child. It was all Nirvana and stuff like that.
Oh well, I am sure I will see one Macca video one day! (I hope)

No VH-1 Classic on my cable. Oh well, I think I have most of those videos on either VHS or DVD by now anyway.

<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">It was on at midnight, the last programme in a night of Beatles related shows, including John Lennon Behind the Music and John & Yokos Year of Peace.
I'm not sure when it will be on again, but probably in the not too distant future.

Re: VH1 Classic Macca videos
Are any of these videos up on the net?
I remember there was a site from a French person that had almost all of Paul's music videos for download, but as I was having exams at that time, I didn't download them immediately, and now...the site is closed! *

<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">I only saw that video a couple of days ago, and when I saw him doing the Beatle Paul part, I kind of fell in love with him all over again, and since then I've been desperate to see some more Paul music videos!

<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">Those are the only ones I've seen from your list, and my fave from there is "Pipes Of Peace". It's really great to see Paul playing two parts
The winner is, of course, "Coming Up"

I like the edgy rawness in Spin It On!
