Over the past several months, I've accumulated quite a nice collection of semi-rare Capitol LPs... too numerous to provide pics of.

What these LPs are truly worth all depends, it seems, on who's selling them. I've got a few that are for sale on for anyhwere from $850.00 - $1,500.00(!). There are a couple sellers on eBay who always fetch top $ for their rare LPs. Not having the same reputation as they enjoy, I'd be lucky to get 1/4 of their selling prices.

But they're MINE, and I prize them!

From MY personal collection (not my dad's)...I'd say it would have to be my reproduction poster of when the Beatles came to Indianapolis in 1964 advertising the dates of the concerts. My aunt went to one of them. I have it framed, but I don't have it up on my wall yet.

A framed mirror with black 'n' white face profiles of all four Beatles.

The faces are the same ones in the White Album[1968] color pics.
“That was you buzzin’ - you naughty boy!”
John to Ringo - Help![1965]

“He’s very clean.”
Paul - A Hard Day’s Night[1964]

I have a genuine "Introducing...The Beatles" LP. Most of my Beatles records came from my parents collection but I kept missing this one when I would look through their records. When I found out real ones were rarity's I was very excited.

I also have a counterfeit copy also from my parents collection.

I also adore my John Lennon poster I bought in Northampton, December 2006. It's of him in India.

Is that considered one word nowadays? I always considered it initials for three words

-My ticket stub, stickers, and t-shirt from seeing Paul in '03

-My mum's A Hard Day's Night LP. She was nine when it came out, and wrote her name in adorable nine year-old cursive all over it, as well as each Beatle's name underneath their pictures. The actual record is in superb shape, and plays really well.

-A few original bubblegum cards from an antique-collecting friend of the family.

How's it going Beatle fanatics? The weekend is upon us and am looking forward to it. What is my most prized Beatle item? WOW! Thats a good question! I own many but if I had to choose one, it would be my genuine original BEATLES concert ticket at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, California on 29 August 1966. I only wished that I attended this show but I was living in San Antonio, Texas at the time. I bought this concert ticket on E-bay for almost $1000.00. I also have the Certificate of Authenticity proving that it is the original authentic ticket.

Mine would be my dedicated autograph from Paul. What makes it extra cool is that there is a photo of him signing it for me and you can see that he's written "Lucy". It is framed in pride of place on my bedroom wall.

I guess my most prized is a book given to me by a good friend of mine, it's nothing special, just another book of trivia and stories, but he taught me more about the Beatles than anyone else, and I used to sing along with him on the guitar for hours when we visited. He passed away in 2004 of a sudden heart attack, he was very very young, and the book is nothing special but it reminds me of him!

I suppose it'd have to be my Beatles clock. I was at the fair last year with my uncle and the guy was selling clocks made out of original album covers. Mine is the 1962-1966 album on the front, with the Please Please me Cover, and on the back is the 1967-1970 cover. I just think it's cool, and we payed good money for it.

Plus, it's pretty nice to wake up and the first thing you see is the boys...

Gosh, as much as I love and adore the beatles, I realize how much I'd need to save up to get anything of any real value, haha.
Mine would just be my Help! CD I bought for like, 50 cents at a garage sale. There's nothing special about it. It didn't even have a case! (Just the CD and the cute little book-ish insert).
It's my first Beatles CD. So that makes it special to me.
I'm to young with no money to be an avid collector... though it would be fun. ;)
The more I see, the less I know For sure.
