I've always felt Paul had extremely feminine features, so it's fine.

^ I saw that photo in the Pink Floyd documentary, and it showed up maybe five or six times in the first two blocks.

He definitely could have. Schizophrenia can be brought on by drugs. And aspects of a person's environment. I feel bad for Syd. According to David, he was a great, normal guy until he....went crazy.
