Is Hey Jude avalible in CD format??
Hi. The only CD i have never seen is Hey Jude. Is that even avalible?

Hmm...I don't think it was released officially on CD, but I have seen some on Ebay (along with Yesterday & Today and some other U.S. albums).
I never really thought about it, because all of the songs on it are available on other CDs (mostly Past Masters 2).

To date, none of the US albums have been officially released on CD. I do hope that Capitol Records does decide to remaster them and put them on CD.

Maybe there are bootleg versions. There are bootlegs of many of the U.S. Lp's. Hey Jude isn't one I know about tho.

there is the alternative, make one up from existing cd's. . . that is what is being sold on e-bay. you just need some scans of the cover, a burner and the right songs!~
as for the american versions of the british lp's, i see no reason to own the likes of 'yesterday and today' or 'early beatles on cd. the beatles despised the way capitol america "butchered" the running order of their lp's to sell more albums.
i would like to see 'the beatle story' out on cd, (the double lp that came out in '64). other than that the is no need for the american catalouge to see the light of day! if ya like 'em, dust off the turntable!

Capital decided to write off the American releases
when the Beatles catalogue was re-mastered onto CD, so no further money will be spent by me, if the decide to re-release the American versions, they made the mistake not giving us a choice and I don't plan to line anyone's pockets because we weren't given the choice in the first place
