Hi fellow Beatles fans. I'm new
My name is Steven and I thought it was about time I found a fan forum for Beatles fans. I love The Beatles, I play their music every day. They are not the only music artists I like but they are my number one, which I'm sure is the case for most of you guys on here.
So let me introduce myself:
I'm Steven. I'm 42, just turned 42. I am from Scotland but I have lived in the south coast of England, UK, for many years.
I used to like the Beatles music I heard on the radio as a child but it wasn't until a school friend lent me cassette copies of the red and blue albums when I was 13 that I first discovered Beatles music. The cassettes of these albums were actually gold-coloured so there you go! And they lit the touch paper for me. Those albums blew my mind.
During my teenage years I gradually got to hear all of the studio albums and my love of Beatles music has continued all my adult life.
I love it whenever a new Beatles compilation album or documentary is released, although I have still to read Beatles books as I am a slow reader. Not stupid, just a slow reader!
Anyway its good to see so many people on this forum, so in the words of Sister Mary Clarence in the film Sister Act:
Here's a big Hi, Hello and How-Are Ya?
