The UK votes to leave the EU...
This is seriously terrible news. The markets are all over the place, the stock market has nosedived, the £ is at its weakest for over 30 years, our Prime Minister has resigned, one of the 'Leave' campaigners has admitted that the £350 million back into the NHS was not true and a mistake, Scotland and Ireland will inevitably hold their own referendums to leave the UK and become independent so that they can rejoin the EU. With Scotland gone, there'll be no people voting Labour, so the Conservatives will be in for a while...
All the young people voted to remain. All the old people voted to leave. It's the young people who will now have to face the consequence. Those who did vote leave thought that their vote didn't matter, and now overwhelming regret their decision now they see what it's meant for the country.
Seriously uncertain times, and it's scary.

The good thing being that maybe England will wake up with a huge hangover and get rid of its outdated monarchy.
A reunited Ireland, an independant Scotland and the queen will realise that her kingdom is disintegrating and she should have spoken out before it was too late. It's too easy to stay silent all the time. She should have pointed out that a European Union was better than a return to the war she lived through.
When England becomes bankrupt, she'll have to accept the consequences and stop expecting her country to pay for her ruinously expensive life style.
Stop blaming the people and start blaming the rich for this mess.

I agree with zipp, normal average people were suffering for years, "only the rich survive" my grandad used to say, since you had to pay taxes that were extremely expensive and a regular job in the US wouldn't cut it in the UK.
