Didn't see another topic about this yet. HELP! is finally coming out on Blu-Ray on June 25th. The release contains an hour of extra features, including a 30-minute documentary about the making of the film, memories of the cast and crew, an in-depth look at the restoration process, an outtake scene, and original theatrical trailers and radio spots.
It's pretty much identical to the DVD, right down to the packaging, menus and booklet. The transfer looks like an upscaled DVD master, however, as opposed to a proper HD print - which is a shame as surely a film remastered for release in 2007 would have a HD print made. Pretty let down with the visual quality to be honest, it's very blurry and inconsistent in most places, and certainly not a fair representation of what blu-ray is capable of. If you still have your DVD, I recommend holding onto it for now, until a true high-def version of the film is released.

HD, Blu-Ray or no HD or Blu-Ray, George Harrison was STILL the sexiest Beatle in the whole damn movie! And Paul McCartney....shiver me timbers and fly my falcon, the man was fine then and now!
