For me, 'Sky High' will always be linked to 'Fox on the Run', these two songs were played in continuous rotation on our school's jukebox.

I didn't think ANYONE would remember "Sky High!" I had
the 45 myself, fall of '75.

This was big when I graduated:

I don't know if anyone remembers the song "Suzie Found a Weapon" that came out around 1980 or 81, but for years, I thought that was the Sweet's record. But it was sweet little Randy Vanwarmer ("You're Only Lonely") that did it, a Cars-like song, very unusual for him!

I remember this one hit wonder as well, GG. In fact, I remember most songs posted in this thread!

I just realized: I'm showing my age!

Here's one of my favorite 70s songs that still touches me bad:

Oh, yes, 1972, one of my favorite years!

He also did "Clare" and "Baby", the latter about a dog, I think.

Yes, late summer '72!

Do you recall that there was another song called "Brandy" out in '72 by a guy named Scott English--sounding very Cat Stevens-ish--and that the song was renamed "Mandy," a hit for Barry Manilow?

More useless information from me to you!
