Remembering John on his 76TH!!!! <3
On the eve of what would have been his 76th, I think we should all take a moment to just remember John and everything beautiful he left on this earth for us to love. I haven't been here in some time, but I miss it and wanted to come back and talk about John!
The current world situation has me thinking of "Mind Games."
Let's celebrate John right now everyone. Discussion. Photos. Lyrics. Quotes....

So true...
... to think of John on his birthday. Although he's been gone for many years, his music, quotes and his message of peace shall never die.
In my opinion there are no more significiant young musicians around, who could have such a big impact, as he and the Beatles had.
To remember him, I listened today his last record "Double Fantasy" and always wonder, what good music John would have done, if he'd be still alive.
Yeah, we should keep his memory in this forum alive

I went to Strawberry Fields in NYC for John's birthday and brought my guitar. There were a whole bunch of musicians playing Beatles and John solo songs and everyone was singing along. I thought it was really beautiful how everyone's voices combined together. The really cool part was that whenever we got to a part with vocal harmonies, there were almost always multiple people singing each harmony part. I'm sure John must have been very pleased with how it sounded. Easily one of the most fun musical experiences I've ever had, and I definitely plan to do it every year when I can.
