The Commitments will soon be released on DVD.
Anyone ever catch the opening sequence where Jimmy Rabbit is selling what appears to be Paul McCartney T-shirts?
Later when Jimmy is holding auditions,a number of hopefuls claim Wings as one of their influences.
This has got to be the best rock movie(well,soul)since AHDN.It most certainly is in my top 5.

Wow! I had no idea it had already been released.
Im refering to a recent tlevision ad that along with the dvd,There is an extra disc with new material and songs,extra footage ect...
I had been looking for a vhs tape with no luck.
Guess it's time to move to the 21st century.
