The last movie you watched? con't
Well I'm procrastinating from a history project and I thought I would bring this one back, I tried to search it, but wasn't having much luck, and sorry I forgot what number we were on.
I just saw Stay a few nights ago. It was really very good, even if I didn't understand much of it. I had been dying to see it for the longest time because it has Ewan McGregor in it, but I missed it when it was in theatres. Very enjoyable movie, and with the very handsome Messers McGregor and Gosling, how can you go wrong? I'm such a sappy girl lately though, because I cried at the end.
So what about you guys?

I watched the "War of the Worlds" this morning and it was pretty good..I'm sure it would have been better on the big screen!

I saw Little Miss Sunshine on September 8 and laughed until I cried. That was such a funny, quirky and thoroughly delightful movie!

I just watched the original "Manchurian Candidate" on TV (on PBS, no commercials!) Pretty good flick. Sinatra did a respectable job, Lawrence Harvey was tortured, yet dashing, and Jessica Fletcher (oops, I mean Angela Landsbury) was excellent as one crazy, evil beeatch!

I saw the Lake House yesterday. While there was nothing actually wrong with the script, the plot and premise were ridiculous. Sandra Bullock was as sweet and beautiful as always, but she couldn't save this bad movie.

To get over being scared, I said stupid lines to make myself laugh.
When the ship opened and blood came out, I said "The ship threw up"

Standing In The Shadows Of Motown. All the stories of the recording sessions for the classic hits was very interesting. But the modern day performances by more contemporary artists detracted from the nostalgia. Then again, they were backed by the original musicians and they seemed to be enjoying playing. But I wasn't at all impressed by the 'talents' of Ben Harper, M'shell Ndegeocello or Bootsy Collins.

Oooh!! I want to see that movie so badly! It was out in theaters in France before being released in North America. Now it is no longer in theaters here, I have to wait to go back to Canada in order to see it. I was hoping that it would be out on DVD by now. Drag.
